When you select an app to install, you can check the status of the installation by going to the Installation Status tab. You can switch between viewing all available apps, and apps that are designated required - this means they need to be installed by a certain date to maintain device compliance. You can also change the view from a tile menu to a list, or to a checklist. The main window has filter and sort options that you can use to narrow-down what you are looking for. There is also a link to login to Web Help Desk to submit a Tech ticket if you are having issues with your computer. You can use the links on the left side of the window to view available Windows updates, and even to upgrade to the latest version of Windows. The main Software Center window displays all available apps and 1st Aid tools. You can find a link to Software in one of two places either on your Desktop, or in your Start Menu.
